Several professors of the leading universities of Japan have arrived in Bishkek to train civil servants of Kyrgyzstan, according to the State Personnel Service's Director.
Kyrgyzstan is interested in a long-term cooperation with the Japan Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS), noticed Aaly Karashev this week.
“JDS is a unique opportunity for the young state and municipal employees of our country to obtain quality education corresponding to the international standards,” he said.
The professors arrived will stay in Kyrgyzstan for some time for the procedures to form a so-called 9th group of scholars within the Japanese project.
Selection of the candidates should not miss their motivation and willingness to continue to work in the civil service, Karashev added.
