First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Dinara Kemelova met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of India Sujata Mehta, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan for the Kyrgyz-Indian ministerial consultations at the level of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and India, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
During the meeting the sides noted the high level of political, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and stressed the need to intensify trade and economic cooperation, creation of joint ventures and the promotion of other economic projects. They also discussed the organization of visits at the highest levels, increase the flow of tourists from India, conducting cultural events to mark the Year of the history and culture in Kyrgyzstan.
The sides expressed hope that the relations of friendship and mutual cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and India will steadily develop and deepen for the benefit of the two countries.
