Kyrgyzstani swimmer Denis Petrashov won the title of the Asian swimming champion after he won 4 medals at the Asian Swimming Championship in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Petrashov is the contestant in the men's 200 meters breaststroke event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
In Tashkent, Petrashov competed in men's 100 meters breaststroke and scored 1:2.62, which placed him number 1, the Swimming Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic said.
Additionally, Petrashov came first in the 50 meters breaststroke among juniors.
Later, he claimed a silver medal in the second breaststroke of 200 meters.
In combined relay 4x100 meters, Deni won a bronze medal.
