Farmers in Talas oblast suffered losses due to lack of petroleum. Jogorku Kenesh deputy Dastan Djumabekov told at a parliament session Wednesday.
He says, owing to bad weather conditions 50% of bean crop left unharvested.
«Talas had had no petroleum for 4 days, the farmers tried to gather harvest until expected frosts, but due to lack of petroleum they could not collect the harvest in time», - he added.
