President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev signed amendments to the law on principles and procedures of the country's participation in maintenance of international peace and security.
The law was adopted by the Parliament on October 16, 2014, the press service of the President recalled on November 21.
The law allows the Government to determine the procedure for sending police personnel outside Kyrgyzstan to participate in UN peacekeeping missions and provide law enforcement and public safety.
The law enters into force on the day of its official publication.
