Law enforcement officers of Bishkek found 37 weapons in house of a resident of the capital, the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department said on November 27.
In the course of a raid, the police received an information that unknown persons bring weapons in one of the houses of the city.
Upon arrival to the scene, it was found out that the house belongs to M.Kh. who lives there since 1965 with his family.
The man explained that he is engaged in repair of hunting and air weapons since 1992. “All weapons discovered were left in the house for repair,” the police said.
Forensic ballistics, nevertheless, was scheduled. Activities to establish owners of the weapons are underway.
